Bronx resident Jose R. Lorenzo Paulino, 43, was arrested during a traffic stop at around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, New York State Police said on Monday, April 6.
According to authorities, troopers stopped an Infiniti for traffic violations on Noxon Road in LaGrange and found the driver, identified as Lorenzo Paulino, showing signs of intoxication.
