A 16-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday and charged in connection with two shootings involving the same 15-year-old victim, including a subway attack this week that left the teen critically wounded, law enforcement officials said.
The teenager faces charges of attempted murder, three counts of assault and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
