3 Yonkers residents among 11 facing federal charges in scheme to evade tolls, traffic tickets

Three people from Yonkers are among 11 people facing federal charges in a multi-million dollar scheme to evade tolls and traffic tickets.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Jefrey Raphel Herrera Espinal, Sammy Rodriguez Francisco and Clarisa Rodriguez are among those arrested this month in connection with the case.
