A Georgia man has been charged in connection with a 1989 cold case homicide in Bayonne, prosecutors said.
Joseph Quiros-Soto, 62, is charged with murder and murder during the commission of a burglary, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
Quiros-Soto was arrested Wednesday at his home in Griffin, Georgia, by the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office. He is being held in Georgia pending extradition to New Jersey…
