The Electronics Squad / Fraud & Forgery Section report the arrest of a Franklin Square man on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 7:08 pm in Franklin Square.
According to Detectives, Defendant Wilfredo Franco Ramirez, 42, knowingly received a package of fraudulently purchased natural loose diamonds valued at approximately $158,000.
The defendant was placed under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported…
