A man is accused of stealing more than $573,000 in government funds meant to care for elderly residents at an Upstate New York assisted living facility.
Ezriel Green, 41, of Brooklyn, appeared in Albany federal court last week on charges of theft of government property.
According to the complaint, Green managed finances at an assisted living facility in Mohawk (Herkimer County) between October 2024 and April 2025.
