HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — From Harlem to Central Park, Juneteenth celebrations are kicking off across the city on Friday with a flag-raising ceremony and free concerts.
Leaders will raise the black liberation flag at the front flagpole to commemorate Juneteenth, Freedom Day, America’s second Independence Day.
