NEW YORK (PIX11) — With another round of heavy rain on the way to New York City, the National Weather Service issued a special weather statement for the five boroughs and New Jersey.
Long Island and the Hudson area are included in the special weather statement as winds could exceed 30 mph, according to the NWS.
