EAST HARLEM, N.Y. (PIX11) — The Rent Guidelines Board will take its final vote on Thursday night on how much rents can be raised for nearly one million rent‑stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels across the city.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m., and the doors open an hour before.
