A New York gunman cut a plea deal and admitted to killing a Long Island man outside a funeral in Queens earlier this year, authorities announced Tuesday, July 7.
Joseph Stevens, 34, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the death of Richard Carter outside Greater Allen AME Cathedral on April 10, the Queens District Attorney’s office said.
