An 80-year-old woman was fatally struck by an SUV on the sidewalk in Brownsville, police say.
The woman was hit by the Lexus RX 350 near East 92nd Street and Rutland Road just before 1:30 p.m. Friday.
Family members on scene identified the victim as Yvette James. They say she lived just down the block from the crash site…
