An SUV driver left the scene of a crash on Wednesday that injured an electric scooter rider in West Long Branch, officials said.
The crash happened shortly before 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Wall Street and Whalepond Road, West Long Branch Police Chief Marlowe Botti said.
