BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 33-year-old New York City man has been accused of burglarizing homes in Evans and Hamburg, the Evans Police Department said Thursday.
Jhon Edison Labrador of East Elmhurst, N.Y. is facing charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Officials allege that Labrador stole property from a home on Potter Road in Evans on Aug. 28 after entering through a window. Following an investigation, police said that a similar burglary happened on Aug. 28 in Hamburg, with charges pending.
