Duct-Taped Realtor Fired, FBI Eyes Charges In Midair Meltdown On Newark-Bound Flight: Reports

The man who was restrained with duct tape by a gun range owner and a retired police officer on a Newark-bound flight has been identified as a longtime Arizona real estate broker whose company cut ties with him after learning of the incident, Daily Voice has learned.

Layne Arthur Lundeen, 67, of Tucson, AZ, is charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the Thursday, Sept. 3, incident, Maryland court records show. Lundeen was an associate broker, realtor and vice president member of the executive council at Long Realty Company, where his LinkedIn profile says he had worked since April 2013.
