According to NEWS10 ABC, the New York Lottery announced that a top-prize-winning ticket in the game was sold in Ulster County and that Osterhoudt came forward to claim it.
The ticket was purchased at 443 Broadway Mart, at 443 Broadway in Ulster Park, NEWS10 reported.
