WEST HEMPSTEAD, NY — A Queens man has been arrested in connection with an online vehicle sale scam that occurred July 10.
Kevin A. Perez, 25, of Queens, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and forgery in the second degree.
