A 23-year-old mother died, and her 8-month-old daughter was injured after both were pushed from a 15th-floor apartment balcony in the Bronx early Tuesday morning, according to the New York City Police Department.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on Olmstead Avenue. Responding officers found the victim, identified by police as Natalie Ramirez, and her infant daughter in the courtyard behind the building.
