An affordable housing lottery is now open for six newly-constructed units at 779 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn.
The building offers many amenities, including an accessible entrance, an in-unit washer/dryer, a gym and an outdoor terrace. There are online options for leasing, paying rent or making maintenance requests as well.
There are no deposit or application fees.
The lottery ends March 27.
