Here are the roads that will be closed for Sunday’s Brooklyn Half Marathon

The Brooklyn Half Marathon is a big deal for runners, but some Brooklyn residents told News 12 they’re not excited to be out and about on the roads on Sunday. “I’d tell people to take the train, don’t drive,” one Brooklyn resident told News 12. “Avoid biking too because everything will be blocked so just take the train.” Over 20,000 runners are expected to run in tomorrow’s race, according to NYCRuns. The half marathon begins in North Brooklyn, then takes runners under the Williamsburg, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridges. Then they’ll make their way down to Fulton Street and Flatbush Avenue before making it to the finish line at Prospect Park.
