QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police arrested an off-duty New York City corrections officer in Queens Thursday evening, according to authorities.
Silbia Salcedo, 52, was taken into custody just before 8 a.m.
The officer is charged with refusal to take a breath test.
