Charged in a huge Capital Region drug bust went before a judge on Wednesday. A total of 21 people were arrested in connection with a major ring that was selling cocaine and fentanyl throughout the Capital Region. The drugs were brought up from Brooklyn and distributed to Rensselaer, Albany, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties.
