BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Brooklyn, according to the NYPD.
Wilfred Guzman, 44, was taken into custody around 1:39 p.m.
Guzman is an NYPD Police Officer, officials say. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault.
Police say the incident was domestic in nature. No other information was immediately available.
