Men snatch wallet from man’s hand at Queens subway station

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Tuesday released surveillance footage of two men accused of snatching a wallet from a man’s hand at a Queens subway station earlier this month.

It happened at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 7 at the Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street 7 train station in Jackson Heights, authorities said.

According to officials, a 33-year-old man was approached by the two suspects who then took his wallet from his person.

They fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

The suspects later used the credit card to purchase multiple items, cops said.
