Diddy Not Being Moved to NJ Jail, For Now

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense attorneys have opted not to ask a judge to relocate him from the infamous MDC Brooklyn jail as he faces serious charges in his sex trafficking case. Just days after Manhattan Federal Court Judge Andrew Carter denied Combs’ request for release on a hefty $50 million bail, his legal representatives, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, informed the court on Monday that they would not be pursuing a transfer. “Following the September 18, 2024, court appearance, the court requested an update regarding any potential change in Mr. Combs’ detention location,” the defense team stated in their communication to the judge. “At this time, we have no request for the court to act. Thank you.”
