BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A new affordable housing apartment complex in Crown Heights will offer over 100 affordable units – some of the rents are under $980, according to the Housing Connect website.
Loden, the latest addition to New York City’s affordable housing website, will offer 143 units to households earning between $33,875 and $167,700. Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units will be available.
According to the details listed on the new complex , it will be surrounded by public transportation. The Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains and the B and Q subway lines will be within walking distance.

Other amenities include a gym, a yoga studio, a media room, a roof terrace, and a parking garage. Prospective tenants will be responsible for electricity.
