Designed by MHG Architects and developed by Lois Murphy of Shepherd Glenmore HDFC, the structure yields 123 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 60 units for residents at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $21,566 to $100,620.
