Located at 280 East Houston Street, the 12-story building, called “The Houston,” offers modern residences, exclusive amenities, and a prime location at the intersection of the East Village and the Lower East Side. New Yorkers earning 40, 60, and 130 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, priced from $989/month studios to $4,543/month two-bedrooms.
Developed by SMA Equities and designed by Hill West Architects, the mixed-use building contains a total of 157 apartments with an average size of 1,324 square feet.
