BROOKLYN , N.Y. — An off-duty New York City Police Department school safety agent was arrested Friday morning in Williamsburg on multiple misdemeanor charges, including forcible touching and sexual abuse, according to police officials.
Julian O. Walker, 23, was taken into custody at approximately 8:15 a.m. within the confines of the 90th Precinct. He faces charges of forcible touching, sexual abuse in the third degree, and two counts of second-degree harassment. Details regarding the alleged incident that led to Walker’s arrest were not immediately released.
