BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A 6-year-old boy was walking with his mother on a Brooklyn sidewalk when a stranger picked him up and walked away Sunday night, according to the NYPD.
Police said the boy was nearly abducted near Stillwell and Surf avenues around 10 p.m. The 36-year-old man allegedly picked up the child and started to flee before eventually throwing him to the ground, authorities said.
