BRONX, N.Y. — A 73-year-old man was punched in the face multiple times during a street dispute in the Norwood section of the Bronx on Sunday, July 6, according to police.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in front of 254 East 203rd Street, when the victim was approached by an unidentified man accompanied by a dog. A verbal argument escalated into violence, with the suspect allegedly striking the elderly man several times in the face before fleeing the scene on foot with the dog, heading east on East 203rd Street.
Emergency Medical Services responded and transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a purple baseball cap, black t-shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers…
