In a chilling case that has shocked the community, Timothy Taylor, a 38-year-old man from New York City, has confessed to the brutal murder of his ex-wife, Tishawn Folkes-Taylor, just weeks after killing his current wife. Taylor’s justification for his heinous actions has left many appalled, as he claimed he felt guilty about his first murder, which led him to commit an even more horrific crime.

After fatally stabbing his wife in Brooklyn in May 2023, Taylor fled to North Carolina. While there, he reportedly became overwhelmed with remorse for the murder. However, instead of seeking help or turning himself in, he sought out Folkes-Taylor, whom he had deep-seated resentment against. He crossed state lines to Schenectady, New York, where Folkes-Taylor lived with her three children.
