The maniac caught on video dragging a “motionless” pit bull into a Queens street before setting the poor pooch on fire last week has been arrested, cops said.
Isaiah Gurley, 29, was arrested around 8:20 p.m. Monday, when an eagle-eyed shopper at the Queens Center Mall spotted the alleged animal abuser, who was wearing the same maroon POLO hoodie, and called 911, authorities and sources said.
He was charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated cruelty to animals, torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, and arson with intent to damage property, authorities said…
