More N.J. public employees swept up in drug investigation, prosecutor says

Six more people, including three West New York public employees, have been charged in a large-scale drug investigation, officials with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday.

Jorge Delgado, 44, Johann Messina, 57, and Carlos Begueria, 49, all worked for the town of West New York and were charged with third-degree conspiracy to possess cocaine, officials said.

Delgado was a security guard for West New York, while Begueria worked for the West New York Parking Authority and Messina was a laborer with the municipality, officials said…
