MONROE – Two Brooklyn men were arrested for allegedly scamming a 27-year-old resident of the Village of Kiryas Joel of $15,000.
State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Monroe arrested Wei Baoguo, 34, and Yu Sheng Gui, 38, on Monday.
