Suspect in Southeast Raleigh Homicide Arrested in New York City Facing Extradition

Justin Malik York, 30, has been arrested in New York City in connection with a June homicide in Southeast Raleigh, authorities confirmed. York faces charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.
