13-year-old battling cancer becomes honorary deputy mayor of NYC for the day

A 13-year-old from Texas was the new deputy mayor for public safety for the day in New York City.

The current deputy mayor, Kaz Daughtry, shared a post on social media announcing Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel as deputy mayor.
