Man wanted in alleged Hell’s Kitchen apartment rental scam arrested, charged

A man wanted in an alleged apartment rental scam in Hell’s Kitchen was arrested and charged on Wednesday.

Nicholas Fuelling, 43, turned himself in to police at the 18th Precinct, and was charged with 14 counts of grand larceny.

Fuelling is accused of scamming several prospective renters out of thousands of dollars, after they say they gave him a down payment for a $3,200 two-bedroom apartment at 334 West 47th St. in Hell’s Kitchen…
