Police are asking for the public’s help to identity a suspect they say opened fire inside of a Cypress Hills residential building on Sept. 25.
They say it happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Essex Street and Folsom Place. The man seen in images released by police firing gunshots into a 29-year-old woman’s apartment on the upper floors.
