Newark police are asking for the public’s help as they try to find a 15-year-old girl who went missing on Halloween.
Brianna James was last seen on Oct. 31 in the area of Maple Avenue near Grumman Avenue, police said.
While Brianna ran away twice previously, neither incident was reported to police…
