A TWO-year-old boy has died after taking a horror plunge from the 20th floor of an apartment window in New Jersey, police say.
Local cops received reports of an injured toddler around 7am on Saturday before emergency services rushed to the building.
The boy was tragically pronounced dead at the scene after authorities raced to Elizabeth Tower in Newark.
