LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead on a sidewalk on the Lower East Side Sunday morning, according to the NYPD.
The deceased was reported at around 7:43 a.m. at 98 Broome Street near Luther Gulick Park.
