The maniac who allegedly slashed two men in their faces in a wild, caught-on-video outburst on a busy Queens subway platform this week was busted after he allegedly threw a tantrum at the homeless shelter where he’d been staying, cops and sources said.

Tyquan Manassa, 28, was charged Friday with four counts of assault in connection to the Wednesday afternoon attack on two men on the southbound platform of the E and F train at the Union Turnpike station in Kew Gardens, according to the NYPD.

During Manassa’s rampage, he allegedly approached a 42-year-old man from behind and slashed him with an “unknown sharp object” on the forehead, police said…
