A driver fatally struck a man who was lying in the middle of a Bronx roadway Sunday night before driving off, according to cops.
The fatal car-on-pedestrian crash happened around 10:40 p.m. when the driver traveling southbound on the Grand Concourse near East Burnside Avenue plowed into the unidentified victim, cops said.
