NEW YORK (PIX11) — An NYPD recruit just months into his training is accused of raping a woman at a Queens motel, authorities said Thursday.
Ahmed Elnahtawy, 24, was arrested Thursday morning at the Police Academy in Queens and charged with rape, forcible touching, and sexual abuse after an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation uncovered the alleged incident, police said.

The recruit allegedly grabbed the victim by the head and forced her to perform a sex act at the Woodside Motor Inn on Queens Boulevard between Oct. 4 and Oct. 5, according to the criminal complaint.
