At least 46 people rushed to hospital from NYC’s 2 overdose prevention centers

At least 46 people from the two New York City safe-injection sites were rushed to the hospital in cardiac arrest or with life-threatening strokes or seizures, according to a new report.

OnPoint, the nonprofit organization that runs the two sites, where people can use illegal drugs under supervision, has not kept track of the 46 people who were rushed to the hospital, nor what their current condition is.

The city Health Department reportedly also has not kept track of the patients, the New York Post reported…
