New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) Commissioner Vilda Vera Mayuga today announced that DCWP has nearly $380,000 in unclaimed consumer restitution available from several recent consumer protection cases.
New Yorkers should visit nyc.gov/DCWP to see if they are eligible to claim any of the available funds from recent settlements with National Floors Direct, Rocket Tax, and several towing and used car dealership companies.
