Adams told Mamdani to ‘beware of the ghost’ in Gracie Mansion

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani will be leaving his rent-stabilized Astoria apartment to reside at Gracie Mansion following his inauguration on Jan. 1, he announced this week, and departing resident Mayor Eric Adams has some advice: “Beware of the ghost.”

“I told [Zohran] about it. So the ghost is there,” Adams joked to Fox News producer Chase Williams during a Tuesday visit to Washington, D.C., Williams posted to X.
