Jersey City Man Arrested After Allegedly Sending Explicit Messages to Young Girl

A Jersey City man allegedly sent explicit messages and images to a young girl on social media and has now been arrested and charged, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.

On Tuesday, members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force apprehended Stanley Ruiz, 40, on charges of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and lewdness, a disorderly persons offense.
