At 5:10 p.m., officers responded to an apartment of Rose Avenue and found Al-Jahmir Curry, a 16-year-old Beaver Falls, Pa. resident with a gunshot wound to the upper body, Acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said.
Curry was pronounced dead at the scene and his death was determined to be a homicide, Mello said.
