A New Jersey maniac who allegedly killed a man with a bow and arrow before barricading himself inside a home in an hours-long standoff with cops had targeted an innocent father in the seemingly random murder — and the dad’s final moments were caught on chilling video.

The 45-year-old victim, Pablo Criollo, was walking home from dinner along Kearny Avenue in Harrison, NJ, Saturday evening when an arrow suddenly pierced his back.

The sound of a bow snapping at the same moment was captured on surveillance footage from a nearby business on the bustling street.
